In this section we break down our venue rates, inclusions, and special offers to help you plan your perfect occasion. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, we offer a range of choices to suit your vision and budget.

Special Occasion  - $2,000

Interested in hosting a more elaborate affair?

Creative Grounds is the perfect location! Contact us to check availability + book your event.

With our Special Occasion Package, you'll get a 2 hour planning session in the studio with your vendors prior to your event and an 8 hour venue rental on the day of your event. *This package is available pending availability.

    • 10 hour rental*, including access prior to event day, set-up time, event time, and clean-up/load-out time

    • Exclusive use of the studio, private restroom, off-street parking

    • Limited assistance with layout design

    • Tables & chairs for up to 50 guests

    • Table linens in black or white only

    • Lounge Set: (1) green loveseat, (2) club chairs, (1) coffee table

    • A custom 6’ bar with backbar

    • 50 guests or less

    • Professional Planner / Coordinator encouraged*

    • All beer, wine, and champagne must be served by an insured RAMP certified bartending service.*

    • Event Liability Insurance Certificate required.

    • Space must be left as it was found and all event trash taken to provided dumpsters.


    *Additional hours may be added to your rental time for $85/hour up to 2 hours. 

    **For weddings/ reception events, a professional planner/coordinator is required.

Meet & Eat Package- $100/hr

Creative Grounds is the perfect location for luncheons, meetings, corporate events and more! Contact us to check availability and
book your event.

With our Meet + Eat Package, we require a 2 hour minimum venue rental for your event. This rental rate is available Monday through Thursday only between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

    • 2 hour minimum rental, including access, set-up, event time, and clean-up / load-out

    • Exclusive use of the studio, private restroom, off-street parking

    • Tables & chairs for up to 50 guests

    • (2) Ceiling mounted projectors

    • (2) Easels and (1) White Board

    • 50 guests or less

    • Bring your own food + beverages

    • Rental must be between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm

    • Event Liability Insurance Certificate required.

    • Space must be left as it was found and all event trash taken to provided dumpsters.

Studio Rates

Our studio is a blank canvas to bring your celebration or event to life!

Creative Grounds also makes the perfect backdrop for photo sessions + video shoots. We rent out the space for all kinds of photo + video shoots including engagements, bridals, boudoir, family + pet sessions, styled shoots, branding shoots, dance + fitness shoots, commercial shoots, and more.

Mon- Thurs: $65/hr

Fri- Sun: $85/hr

    • 2 hour minimum rental, including access, set-up, event time, and clean-up / load-out

    • Exclusive use of the studio, private restroom, off-street parking

    • Use of our Bluetooth Soundsystem and onsite WIFI

    • 60 guests or less*

    • Bring your own food + beverages

    • Event Liability Insurance Certificate required.

    • Space must be left as it was found and all event trash taken to provided dumpsters.

Workshop Package- $200

Interested in hosting a creative workshop? Creative Grounds is the perfect venue to inspire your guests!

    • 3 hour total studio rental, including set-up, event time, and clean-up / load-out

    • Maximum of 30 guests

    • Access to a private restroom, off-street parking

    • Use of our Bluetooth Soundsystem and onsite WIFI

    • Tables and Chairs for up to 30 guests (Does not included linens)

    • 30 guests or less

    • Bring your own food + beverages

    • Space must be left as it was found and all event trash taken to provided dumpsters. *Additional cleaning charges may apply.
